Returns Policy
All unused and packaged hard goods like pond pumps and fertilizer may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. There are no returns on plant material or bulk items like stone and mulch.
All returns need to be brought into the store at 44 Redemption Rock Trail Sterling MA.
