    Had a great experience ordering online and getting delivery exactly where I wanted but was still charged the delivery fee even though I have a sign up in front of my property (?!?)

    We got 5 yards of brown mulch. It was delivered when promised (Sterling was very flexible with us so we could work around Worcester street sweeping). The driver dropped it right where we wanted, was courteous and friendly. And, even better -- the mulch itself was great--dry and clean. Perfect!! Thank you.
